1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Go and Tell Gals, LLC., hello@goandtellgals.com.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins on 5/5/2025 and ends on 5/9/2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
4. How to Enter. To enter, participants must be following @shopgoandtellgals on Instagram, have tagged at least one other person in the comments section, and have joined the linked Flodesk mailing list. Additional tags will result in additional entries.
5. Prize. Three (3) winners will receive one (1) item from the Good Old Days collection, value ranging from $28 to $36. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around 5/12/2025, and notified via email within 5 days. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
7. Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Go + Tell Gals, and all respective affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or prize.
8. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy. Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will not be shared or sold.
