Are these products always available?
The Go + Tell Gals shop hosts pop-up collections, meaning that when a product is gone…it’s gone for good!

When do you launch new products?
We do not have a public launch schedule, but we tend to release a new collection every quarter or so.

When do you restock products?
As a pop-up shop, when a product is gone it’s gone for good! We do not plan to restock products once they are sold out. But if you love a product, we want to know about it! Send us an email at shop@goandtellgals.com and share your favorite products. We’d love to hear from you.

How do I place a bulk order?
We’re honored you want to purchase a large order of on-mission merch! You can reach out to our team at shop@goandtellgals.com with the product and quantity you’re interested in.

What’s your return and exchange policy?
We’re out for the good and the glory – even in our shop! If a product doesn’t meet your standards for any reason, you may return it for a refund. Please see below for our full return policy. For shop questions or policy clarifications, you can reach us at shop@goandtellgals.com.
RETURNS
All returns must be in process within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused/unwashed condition.
We do not process exchanges, as our inventory is always changing. If you’d like an ‘exchange’ item (such as an alternative size or colorway), simply place an order for the desired item and return the original per the policy below.
RETURN PROCESS
To begin the return process, email shop@goandtellgals.com with your name, order number, and item to be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Once prompted by our team, place the item securely in packaging with your name and order number, and mail your return the following address:

Charleston, SC 29403Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and issue a refund for original item cost plus the original shipping cost of the item. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
Items noted as Final Sale in the product description cannot be returned.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, please contact us at shop@goandtellgals.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
EVENT REGISTRATION PUCHASES
In the event that a guest needs to cancel after purchasing an event registration: fees are nonrefundable but transferable to another person.
In the event that the host group (Go and Tell Gals) cancels the event: Guest will have the option of a full refund or fee transfer to a future event.
